We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Substitute Teachers to join our team on an as-needed basis. This role is perfect for individuals who love working with children and need flexibility in their schedule. Substitute Teachers will fill in for classroom staff during absences, vacations, or training days.
Key Responsibilities
Support classroom teachers in providing a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
Follow lesson plans and routines established by the lead teacher to ensure continuity of care and learning.
Engage with children in meaningful play, learning activities, and group interactions.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom while following all health and safety guidelines.
Communicate effectively and positively with children, staff, and families.
Adapt to different age groups and classrooms as needed throughout the day.
