Core responsibilities
Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with clients to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst and collect data to monitor treatment progress. They will also support the bcba by training families on implementing these individualized treatment plans.
Requirements summary
A high school diploma or ged is required, though prior experience working with children or those with behavioral challenges or developmental delays is preferred. Candidates must have reliable transportation and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks while maintaining client confidentiality.
