Patient Care Technician Preceptor - PCT - Dialysis

This role involves functioning as part of the dialysis health care team to provide safe and effective dialysis therapy, including machine setup, operation, and direct patient monitoring under nurse supervision. The technician also serves as a preceptor, assisting with the clinical orientation, training, and competency evaluation of other direct patient care personnel.

Candidates must possess a ccht certification and a high school diploma or ged, with a bachelor's degree preferred, alongside at least five years of patient care experience in a hospital or related facility being preferred. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of the organization's dialysis training program and cpr certification.
