Recovery Coach

The recovery coach will be a key player in supporting clients through their recovery journey by providing support and intervention consistent with their treatment plan. Responsibilities also include engaging clients, assisting with food preparation, supervising meals, conducting rounds, and occasionally driving clients off-Site.

Candidates must have at least two years of post-High school education, with a bachelor's in psychology preferred, and ideally one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting. A valid state-Issued driver's license with a safe driving history and strong skills in communication, client relations, service orientation, flexibility, and teamwork are required.
