The Early Head Start Teacher is responsible for creating and managing an attractive, warm, and challenging learning environment for young children. This includes incorporating developmentally appropriate learning activities that meet the needs of both the group and individual children.
Candidates need a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in early childhood education or a related field with specific ECE/CD coursework, or a CDA credential. A valid driver's license, access to insured transportation, and computer literacy are also mandatory.
