3K Lead Teacher

The primary responsibility is to provide a high-Quality early learning program incorporating evidence-Based curriculum across various subject matters suited to the children's needs. This includes developing individual educational plans, maintaining a developmentally appropriate classroom, and conducting ongoing authentic assessments of each child's progress.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's or master's degree in early childhood education or a related field, with certification being preferred. Essential qualifications include knowledge of early childhood education principles, experience in program/Policy, the ability to utilize reflective supervision, and advanced english language proficiency.
