ORR Bilingual Youth Care Worker (NIGHTS)

Youth care workers directly supervise youth, ensuring adherence to the daily schedule, which includes leading outdoor activities and assisting in program development. Responsibilities also involve escorting youth to medical appointments or outings.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years old, with one year of experience in a child welfare or agency setting. Applicants must also be bilingual in spanish and english and pass required background checks, drug screening (Thc testing excluded), physical exam, and tb test.
