Clinical Preceptor

The clinical preceptor facilitates orientation and validates clinical competencies for nursing staff while providing direct patient care and case management. They also coordinate care across the continuum and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Candidates must be a graduate of a state-Approved registered nurse program with a bsn and at least 2 years of home health or hospice case management experience. Required certifications include a valid nursing license, bls, and the ability to obtain cos-C certification within 12 months.
