Job description
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Goshen Speech & Hearing Center is seeking motivated candidates to join our multidisciplinary clinical team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment delivering evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and young adults ages 2–21, primarily those with autism or other developmental disabilities. RBTs work directly with patients in a one-on-one, office-based setting, implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting skill development under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals ages 2–21 Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans developed by the BCBA Teach and reinforce communication, social, and daily living skills Support the development of independence and positive behaviors Collect and record behavioral and session data accurately Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and other clinical team members Participate in training and supervision sessions Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with ABA guidelines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Speech, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field, or Prior experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Interest in working with children and young adults with autism or developmental disabilities Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented clinical environment Why Join Goshen Speech & Hearing Center?
