Responsibilities

Supervise and engage children ages 6 weeks to 5th Grade in various activities. Implement lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and activities. Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment in accordance with state regulations. Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive educational experience. Encourage creativity and exploration through play-based learning. Assist with daily routines, including snack time and outdoor play.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Early Childhood Education degree preferred. Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for early childhood education and child development. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Must pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements. Flexible schedule with availability from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
