Responsibilities include providing course syllabi detailing college requirements, holidays, grading policy, and attendance requirements, while maintaining accurate records for reporting grades and attendance. The instructor must also provide student evaluations according to institutional guidelines and meet all required deadlines for end-Of-Course documentation.

Minimum requirements for non-Credit workforce courses mandate an associate degree with direct work experience in the content area or specific certification/Licensure plus work experience. For community-Based courses, an associate degree or direct work experience with certification (If applicable) is required, and official transcripts are needed at the interview.
