Lead Childcare Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for leading all classroom aspects according to the center's philosophy, implementing activities that foster children's emotional, social, cognitive, creative, and physical growth. They must also establish professional rapport with families and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and pass all required background checks, with one year of previous childcare experience being preferred. The role requires the physical ability to work with small children, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
