Twos Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for developing creative programs using various educational techniques to teach young children, while also observing and encouraging their social and practical development. This role includes organizing daily routines like naps and snacks, tracking progress, communicating with parents, and maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment in collaboration with other educators.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a child development associates (Cda) credential or higher, along with 3 to 5 years of experience as a lead teacher in a licensed childcare facility. A cda or a degree in early childhood education or elementary education is strongly preferred.
