Daycare Teacher

Responsibilities include developing creative programs suitable for specific age groups using various educational techniques, observing children to improve social competencies, and encouraging interaction. Educators must also guide children's artistic and practical development, organize daily routines like naps and snacks, and ensure safety.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and possess 1-2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility. A child development associate (Cda) credential or a degree in early childhood education or elementary education is also required.
