Nurse Extern / Hillcrest Medical Center / Summer 2026

The nurse externship allows nursing students to work directly alongside registered nurses and other licensed professionals. Participants will explore various nursing specialties ranging from acute inpatient to critical care settings.

Applicants must be currently enrolled in an acen or ccne accredited rn program and maintain good academic standing. Candidates are required to have successfully completed two semesters of nursing clinicals and possess an active basic life support (Bls) certification.
