Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) one-to-one with clients in clinic, home, or school settings to improve communication and social skills. Collaborate with families and treatment teams while collecting data and following established treatment plans.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to travel to various service locations. Preference is given to candidates with 6 months of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
Work one-to-one with clients in clinic, home, and/or school setting, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create meaningful change. Work per-diem, appointment-based schedules. Assist clients in improving communication, social, and independent living skills. Collaborate with family, caregivers, and treatment teams to deliver effective support. Follow treatment plan and educate others about ABA interventions. Collect and maintain data, manage client program materials, and foster therapeutic relationships.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
6 months of experience with children and adolescents with Autism or other developmental disabilities. Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. Must be able to travel to various service locations with reliable transportation.
Local travel (20% estimated) during business hours (7 AM - 7 PM). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities like walking and bending.
