RN Educator

The rn educator will design, organize, implement, and evaluate evidence-Based educational programs, orientations, and continuing education for staff. This role facilitates professional growth and competency development to ensure alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and strategic goals.

Required qualifications include three years of clinical education experience, project management, database management experience, and a bachelor of science in nursing, along with current california rn licensure and bls/Acls certifications. A master of science in nursing and clinical education experience in an acute care hospital are preferred.
