Speech Language Therapist / SLP (Home Health)

Conduct thorough speech-Language evaluations and develop personalized plans of care for patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. Provide therapy using specialized techniques and coordinate care with other clinical team members.

A master's degree in speech-Language pathology and a certificate of clinical competence in speech-Language pathology (Ccc-Slp) are required. Candidates must also have a state license to practice and at least one year of clinical experience, preferably in home health.
