Core responsibilities
The primary responsibility is leading the onboarding and continuous training for new and current pharmacy operations staff, which includes developing and delivering effective training presentations and selecting/Developing teaching aids. This role also involves coordinating training schedules, assessing trainee progress, and participating in the planning and delivery of new pharmacy operations initiatives.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged along with an active state board of pharmacy license/Registration and nationally certified pharmacy technician (Cpht) certification. A minimum of one year of experience in a pharmacy technician workflow is required, with preferred qualifications including 2-3 years of experience, specialty pharmacy experience, and prior training experience.
