Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will assist classroom teachers in implementing individualized education and behavior intervention plans for students with autism. They will provide one-On-One and small group support while documenting student performance and progress toward goals.
Requirements summary
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate degree or higher in a related field preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a passion for supporting students with autism and a willingness to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification.
