Swim Coach (Summer Camp/Swim Team) - Seasonal

Coaches are responsible for providing high-Quality swim instruction, motivating young swimmers, and maintaining a positive and inclusive team environment for various age groups and skill levels. Duties also include observing and correcting technique, attending required swim meets, and managing practice area setup and cleanup.

Candidates must be passionate swimmers, team players, and able to commit to specific weekly shifts for both the advanced swim camp (Minimum 4 weeks) and the mavericks swim team (Minimum 7 weeks). Essential requirements include the ability to swim and demonstrate all four strokes, excellent communication skills, reliability, and a minimum age of 15 years.
