Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - PRN

The registered behavior technician implements behavior intervention plans under bcba supervision, provides direct behavioral support during various patient activities, and accurately collects and documents behavioral data. This role also involves maintaining structured environments, following safety protocols, and responding to behavioral escalations using approved techniques.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and current bls/Cpr certification, with de-Escalation training required within 30 days of hire. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, though an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field and prior experience with behavioral health patients are preferred.
