Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician implements behavior intervention plans under bcba supervision, provides direct behavioral support during various patient activities, and accurately collects and documents behavioral data. This role also involves maintaining structured environments, following safety protocols, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary clinical team.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and current bls/Cpr certification, with required de-Escalation training within 30 days of hire. A high school diploma is mandatory, while an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field and prior experience in behavioral health or aba settings are preferred.
