The coach will engage members to foster a safe and rewarding fitness experience while building strong relationships to facilitate their fitness goals. Responsibilities also include maintaining a healthy, clean fitness floor and providing encouragement for wellness programs.
Candidates must possess a High School degree or equivalent and preferably have prior fitness experience. The role requires someone who enjoys working with people, is excited about teaching new equipment usage, and has a positive, commanding presence.
