Substitute Teacher

A substitute teacher is responsible for teaching and supervising students by following provided lesson plans and managing classroom behavior in the absence of the regular teacher. They must ensure student safety and maintain continuity in the educational process across various grade levels and subjects.

A high school diploma is required, though a bachelor's degree in education or a related field is preferred, and a teaching certification or substitute permit may be necessary. Prior teaching experience is preferred but not always mandatory, alongside strong communication and classroom management skills.
