Indianapolis Program Specialist

The program specialist will serve as the face of the boosterthon program on elementary school campuses, teaching character curriculum and setting up/Hosting the fitness fundraiser. Responsibilities also include motivating students to raise funds and engaging with school staff and parents while modeling fitness, leadership, and character.

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, a growth mindset, good judgment, and be outcome-Oriented hard workers. Requirements include having a licensed driver with reliable transportation, passing background and motor vehicle checks, being able to lift up to 45 lbs, being active on campus, and having full-Day availability from 7 am - 4 pm on workdays.
