This role requires working collaboratively with families and a range of specialists to support the children's development.

Requirements summary

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and an associate degree in early childhood or a related field, or a child development associate (Cda) credential, is preferred. Candidates should ideally have one year of professional experience working with children aged 0-5 or volunteer service in a head start classroom, and must obtain a cda within 12 months to two years of hiring.
