- I do: Practice Universal Precautions/Standard Protocol & Procedures. Comply with all Federal, State, City, and CAMBA security and privacy policies to protect the confidentiality of individual health information. Research new materials and instructional methods to keep activities relevant and engaging. Develop and implement daily lesson plans aligned with program objectives. Coordinate programming and activities with school personnel or site staff as needed. Administer and assess pre-and-post evaluations to measure participant progress. Identify and build upon participants’ strengths through tailored activities. Prepare and distribute instructional materials for daily activities. Teach and reinforce conflict resolution and positive group interactions. Create and facilitate leadership development activities. Effectively manage groups to optimize engagement and learning. Review and provide feedback on assignments and projects. Document individual progress and maintain accurate records on a daily/weekly basis. Participate in progress meetings and conferences with families and staff. Attend administrative and staff meetings as scheduled. Submit all required reports, including weekly, monthly, and end-of-term evaluations. Tasks may be modified, expanded, and/or assigned over time to meet program needs.

Employee may be required to operate CAMBA vehicle for the purpose of site visits.
