Assistant Men’s and Women’s Swim and Dive Coach

The assistant coach will ensure the effective teaching and instruction of technical skills to student-Athletes, developing team and individual strategies for winning through teaching and video instruction. Responsibilities also include recruiting athletes who meet academic and athletic standards, managing budgets, and promoting the program to the public.

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor's degree or two or more years of coaching experience, with ncaa division i experience and a successful recruiting record being preferred. Candidates must possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills and must obtain ncaa coaches certification and 15-Passenger van driving certification upon hire.
