Full-Time Associate Degree Nursing Instructor

The instructor is primarily responsible for teaching associate degree nursing courses, which includes developing relevant curriculum, designing effective learning strategies, delivering high-Quality instruction, and assessing student learning. Duties also involve advising students and participating in college service activities at various levels.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in nursing along with two years (4000 hours) of related work experience as a registered nurse, and hold an unrestricted nursing license. Essential knowledge includes effective communication skills and a commitment to excellence in teaching using modern educational methods, with an ability to adapt to various instruction modalities.
