Key duties include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior support plans and crisis intervention plans, monitoring data, and training staff on implementation.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as psychology, special education, or applied behavioral analysis, and must have a valid pa driver's license. Alternatively, applicants may hold a pa behavior specialist license or be pursuing bcba certification, for which supervision is offered.
