Behavior Support Specialist/DSP - Everett

The behavioral support specialist will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans to empower adult learners. They will also lead support teams, monitor behavioral data, and provide crisis intervention support to ensure client safety and progress.

Candidates must hold a master's degree or higher in psychology, special education, counseling, social work, or applied behavioral analysis. A valid pa driver's license is required, along with professional licensure or eligibility for bcba supervision.
