Academic Support Learning Specialist

The specialist will provide individualized intervention sessions twice weekly for up to 11 students with documented learning differences, developing annual program plans outlining goals and objectives. They must also maintain regular communication with parents and coordinate necessary parent-Teacher meetings.

Required qualifications include a minimum of three years of classroom teaching experience and demonstrated experience working with students individually or in small groups, alongside strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred qualifications suggest a master's degree in an education-Related field, ideally special education, and familiarity with student data analysis.
