Community Health Asthma Management Program Coordinator

This position is responsible for coordinating and performing direct service activities to reduce the burden of asthma in milwaukee county. Responsibilities include community outreach, health education, and outcome collection and analysis.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing or respiratory therapy program with relevant licensure. Two years of experience in nursing or respiratory care, preferably with a focus on health education and pediatrics, is preferred.
