Responsibilities

Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities and play. Assist in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities. Provide a safe and welcoming environment for all children. Support lead teachers in classroom management and organization. Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children's progress. Ensure cleanliness and organization of classroom materials and supplies. Adapt to various classroom settings and age groups as needed. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting. CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Flexible and adaptable to changing classroom needs. Passion for nurturing and educating young minds. Background check clearance required.
