The Nurse Educator provides clinical education to nursing and patient care staff while facilitating evidence-based practices. They collaborate with medical practitioners to incorporate nursing processes into patient care plans and ensure adherence to quality standards.
A Bachelor’s of Nursing (BSN) degree and a valid State of Florida RN license are required, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are also necessary.
