Learning and Development Specialist (66743)

The regional learning specialist is responsible for assessing staff learning and development needs and facilitating training sessions both in-Person and virtually. This role also involves utilizing a learning management system to track and manage learning events for centurion employees.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of two years of experience in workplace training development and facilitation. Proficiency with various training technologies and excellent communication skills are also required.
