The Assistant Teacher is responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment while supporting each child's social and emotional development. They will work closely with the lead teacher and the entire faculty to ensure effective family relations.
A high school diploma is required, with an Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred. Candidates should show empathy and compassion for young children and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
