The rn clinical educator supports the professional development and competency validation of staff across ancillary services, including cath lab, radiology, and rehabilitation services. This role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical education programs, onboarding, and performance improvement initiatives for procedural and diagnostic services.

Candidates must possess a current california rn license, a bsn degree, and current acls/Pals certifications from the aha, along with a minimum of three years of critical care experience and three years of acute care clinical experience. Teaching ability and continuing education evidence are also required.
