Registered Nurse (RN), WOC Nurse Home Health, Full-Time, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The registered nurse will provide specialized care for individuals with diverting ostomies, including wound and skin evaluation and care, functioning independently and collaboratively with the healthcare team. This role also involves administering skilled nursing care at the patient's residence and acting as an educator for patients, significant others, and staff, including precepting.

Candidates must possess a current california rn license, a bachelor's degree, graduation from an accredited school of nursing, wound care certification (Wcc), and current basic life support certification from the aha. A minimum of one year of experience as a professional nurse, a california driver's license, and valid auto insurance are also required.
