Entry Level Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy in center or home settings, focusing on building communication, social, and problem-Solving skills in children with autism. This role also involves tracking client progress using company technology and collaborating with families and supervisors to support growth.

Candidates must possess patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and sound judgment, along with a passion for helping children. Essential requirements include a high school diploma or ged, comfort with tablet technology, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and active car insurance, alongside a commitment to completing paid registered behavior technician training.
