The Counselor provides direct counseling services, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, while partnering with leadership to maintain a therapeutic environment for residents. Responsibilities also involve assessing client needs, diagnosing substance abuse using DSM criteria, preparing treatment plans, and documenting all services provided.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree and hold one of several specified licenses, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LCADC. Required duties include clinical documentation, case management, coordination with referral sources, and facilitating interventions for crisis situations.

As a Counselor, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by providing counseling services to your assigned clients including individual, family/group therapy sessions, and promoting an environment of long-term recovery. You will partner with the Clinical Director and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.
