The Special Education Teacher will develop and implement tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and adapt general education materials to meet diverse student needs. Responsibilities also include providing direct instruction, assessing progress, managing behavior, and collaborating with support teams.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education and hold a valid state teaching certification for the relevant grade level. Strong knowledge of IDEA and Section 504 regulations, along with experience supporting students with various disabilities, is required.
