Qualifications
Passion for working with infants and a deep understanding of their developmental needs.
Previous experience in childcare, early childhood education, or a related field preferred.
Certification in CPR and First Aid for infants and young children.
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with parents and collogues through the center provided app.
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing demeanor are essential qualities for success in this role.
Must be 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED.
1-2 years experience working in a licensed childcare facility, preferred.
CDA, degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education, preferred but not required.
