Before & After School Group Leader

The group leader is responsible for the direct care, supervision, and well-Being of participants in the before/After school program or summer camp, executing high-Quality, age-Appropriate activities. Essential duties include ensuring the physical safety of participants, actively encouraging participation, and fostering positive interpersonal relationships between participants and families.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or be over the age of 18 and successfully complete required state of florida background checks, including level 2 screening. Prior experience working with children is required, along with obtaining specific certifications like infant/Child cpr & first aid and mandated training classes within specified timelines.
