Instructional Aide

The instructional aide assists the classroom teacher with instruction for both regular and special needs students, functioning as a role model and helping to create a supportive learning environment. Responsibilities include assisting with classroom management, preparing materials, implementing lesson plans, and working with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.

Candidates must possess a passion for improving educational opportunities for urban students and a commitment to the company's mission, along with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree and 1–2 years of experience working with students, alongside proficiency in technology use.
