Early Head Start Teacher

The teacher is responsible for ensuring compliance with all early head start program regulations while creating a safe, healthy, and engaging educational environment for enrolled infants, toddlers, and their families. This role involves building a loving and caring environment where all participants learn from one another while demonstrating sensitivity to cultural differences.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, and must pass required drug/Alcohol testing and criminal history checks. A child development associate (Cda) credential in infant/Toddler is preferred, but candidates without it must obtain one within a year, with rpmc covering the cost.
