As a Clinical Direct Support Professional, you’ll provide hands-on support to individuals with significant behavioral and clinical needs. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and trauma-informed practices, you’ll help foster growth, learning, and independence in a supportive and inclusive environment.

What You’ll Do · Deliver ABA therapy and behavioral supports to individuals with significant clinical needs · Follow individual support plans under the direction of a BCBA · Collect and record accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data · Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment · Intervene appropriately during behavioral or emergency situations using trained PMT techniques · Communicate promptly and professionally with team members, families, and supervisors.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For · High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or human services preferred · At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with significant behavioral needs · Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required) · Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry) · Compassion, patience, flexibility, and sound judgment · Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform PMT interventions as needed.
