The Infant/Toddler Teacher will plan developmentally appropriate games and activities, design daily and weekly schedules, and provide basic care for children. They will also evaluate children's developmental milestones and communicate with parents about their children's activities.
Candidates should have previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider and a strong understanding of child development. They must possess excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, and be First Aid/CPR certified.

Established in 2017, Learning My Way Montessori is a licensed and insured star 4 daycare center with two locations. One location in the Germantown section of Philadelphia , the other in the Norristown section of Montgomery County. We act as the second family to the children and provide before and after as well as overnight care.
