Position Summary

We are looking for a caring and creative 1st Grade Teacher to join our school community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, capable of teaching all subjects, and dedicated to providing a nurturing environment where young learners can explore, discover, and grow. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Valid teaching certification/license for 1st Grade or Early Childhood Education.
  • Experience working with young children in an educational setting, with a strong understanding of developmental milestones.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement state standards and analyze assessment data.
  • Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
